Return and Exchange Policy

Order Shipped To India Address:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another color, and a different size. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewelry, bags once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not valid on discounted merchandise.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at bunkojunkoadm@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us

Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duty/taxes arising on the return shipment. 

Additional Policy

•Product is handmade in India. Slight irregularities are part of the design.

Each piece is handcrafted using unused textile fabric. Which makes it as unique as your personal style.

•We up-cycle a mixed lot of raw materials which our team of designers patches and embroiders to create a similar piece each time.
